Topaz AC2 er et højkoncentreret, skummende, surt rengøringsmiddel, som anvendes for rengøring overalt inden for fødevareindustrien. Fjerner effektivt kalk- og proteinbelægninger samt vanskeligt smuds som indtørret blod.
Områder, hvor Topaz AC2 er særlig anvendelig, er udvendige overflader, kar, vægge og gulve. Kraftige og indtørrede blodaflejringer på gulve, vægge og flisebelagte overflader i kød- og fjerkræslagterier kan fjernes ved hjælp af Topaz AC2.
Efter endt rengøring skal alle flader, der kommer i forbindelse with fødevarer, efterskylles grundigt with rent vand. -
