Ordering

Goods can be ordered in the following ways:

Delivery

Goods are delivered at ground level or on a ramp, unless otherwise agreed. Goods are delivered free of charge for orders of at least DKK 1,750 excl. VAT, excise duties, and environmental fees to end users, and a minimum of DKK 4,950 excl. VAT, excise duties, and environmental fees to wholesalers. Orders below the minimum threshold are subject to a freight and handling surcharge of DKK 95. For opened cartons, a fee of DKK 15 per opened carton is charged.

Pallets

If exchange pallets are not returned upon delivery, these will be invoiced.

Prices, duties & fees

Reservations are made for external price changes and force majeure circumstances beyond the control of MultiLine A/S. Reservations are also made for changes in customs duties, road tolls/other duty rates, and regulatory interventions in accordance with Danish legislation.

Part of the product range is subject to excise duties and environmental fees in accordance with applicable legislation. Excise duties and environmental fees are not included in the product price. Packaging tax is calculated based on the weight of the product. The tax is currently DKK 64.11 per kg for single-use packaging. For plastic carrier bags, the tax is DKK 73.46 per kg, and for paper carrier bags DKK 33.39 per kg (with contents over 5 kg). PVC tax on various films is DKK 43.71 per kg and DKK 3.60 per kg on various types of gloves. Reservations are made for changes in excise duties. From 1 January 2025, a single-use plastic environmental fee will be charged on selected parts of the product range. This environmental fee is calculated based on the weight of the product. Environmental fee for food containers is DKK 3.83 per kg. Environmental fee for wrapping bags and films is DKK 3.70 per kg. Environmental fee for beverage cups is DKK 8.26 per kg. Environmental fee for lightweight carrier bags is DKK 2.33 per kg. Reservations are made for changes in environmental fees.

Transport damage

If visible defects or damage to the delivered goods are discovered, this must be noted immediately on the consignment note. Alternatively, receipt of the goods must be refused.

Payment terms

Net 8 days from invoice date. MultiLine A/S can offer PBS supplier service. In the event of overdue balances, MultiLine A/S reserves the right to charge interest and reminder fees.

Complaints

If errors or defects are discovered in the delivered goods, any complaint must be made without undue delay. Received goods should be inspected immediately for any damage or defects.

Returns

Standard items from MultiLine’s product range may be returned in their original packaging within 1 month, but only by prior agreement. Accepted returned goods will be credited less 20% of the original invoice value and subject to an administration fee of DKK 95. Special-order items, food products, and discontinued items are not accepted for return.
